Cant decide between Oats or Bacon? Why not have both!

On a miserable morning like this our savoury porridge with bacon and eggs is a perfect comforting breakfast, it's a super nutritious fuel for the day ahead and also great as a post workout meal.

 

 

 

 

This makes 2 portions:

 

What you need:
4-5 slices of smoked rashers/bacon,
chopped and fried
2 soft boiled eggs, halved
100g oats
500ml ready made @drcoys Organic Vegetable Bouillon ( 1-2 teaspoons of bouillon powder in 500ml of water)

What to do: 
Prepare the oats in the stock on low heat until thick and creamy.
Add a teaspoon of  coconut oil for extra nutrients (optional). Stir trough half the bacon.
Divide into 2 bowls, top with eggs, the remaining bacon bits and black pepper.
No need for extra salt as the bouillon and rashers are plenty salty.
