Ideal for those who are following a high fat low carb diet.
You will need:
4 avocados (peeled and destoned)
Juice of 2 limes
2tbsp Dr.Coy’s Coconut Oil, melted
You can make this in a nutribullet, with a stick blender or any other high-speed blender
What to do:
Blend everything until perfectly smooth. If you feel that’s it’s too zesty for you – add a bit more Stevia.
Enjoy immediately or even the next day – the lime keeps the avocado from going brown. You can also freeze these very successfully or even make ice pops with this mixture. Our kids love them and don’t even realise they’re eating avocado.
