All this fab weather has made us crave for some ice pops.
You can make these sugar free ones in few minutes – not counting the freezing time!
We did the layering for fun but you absolutely don’t have to.
The yellow layer is made with mango, pineapple and some turmeric (for extra benefits) and the purple is made with raspberries and blueberries (we popped a bit of baobab powder into this one).
Just add to your blender some fresh or frozen fruit/berries + your favourite yogurt (we used coconut), then sweeten with Dr.Coy’s Stevia Erylite.
Blend until perfectly smooth and pour into moulds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
