We’re Dr.Coy’s, a small Irish company, making a big splash in chocolate and health foods. Founded by us, Alison and Aaron, with the support of our friend and colleague Dr. Johannes Coy. His breakthrough discovery led him to pioneer intelligent sugar, so together we took chocolate and reinvented it!

How did we do it?
