Together with our partners, we are celebrating all things health and wellness with amazing Positive Living prizes on offer.
Many weekly prize winners and all weekly winners will go into a draw to win a fabulous 7-day fitness Holiday with Pure Results (www.pureresultsbootcamp.com).
Dr. Coy’s Positive Living Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. To enter: Post a ‘selfie’ with a Dr. Coy’s Nutritional Chocolate Bar in participating SuperValu’s (found in Food Academy and/or Health section) on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, using the hashtag #NutritionalChocolate and #FoodAcademy tagging Dr. Coy’s. Like/Follow Dr. Coy’s (Twitter @drcoysfoods, www.facebook.com/drcoys) and any one of our sponsors to be automatically entered into the draw. Any entry not in strict accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed to be invalid.
2. The competition will be run in SuperValu stores and on Dr. Coy’s social media channels and www.drcoys.ie from 29 March 2016 until 6 May 2016. Entry is not available by any other means.
3. The Promoter is Dr. Coy’s Health Foods Ltd, The Cova, Trafalgar Road, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.
4. Weekly winners will be announced on our social media pages each Friday (01 April, 08 April, 15 April, 22 April, 29 April and 06 May) throughout the duration of the competition. Winners can choose weekly from the remaining pool of prizes. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on the 10 May 2016.
5. Individual prize sponsors may have additional Terms and Conditions of which winners will be made aware.
6. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into, by entering this competition you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. The winners will be notified by direct message on social media within 1 working day of the draw. Further correspondence will be conducted on provision of email and telephone number. Failure to claim the prize within 5 days will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize will be forwarded within 28 days of prize award.
8. No alternative will be offered in place of the chosen prize.
9. Dr. Coy’s reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
10. Entrants may be required to participate in publicity photographs. Photographs will only be used in conjunction with the Positive Living competition to announce winners or to create a collage of entrants.
